By using FortyFour ("the Service"), a community club management platform operated by Hiddenlink.com.au ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you cannot use our Service.
To create an account and use FortyFour, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be an authorized club official or volunteer acting on behalf of a legitimate community club
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Be located in Australia
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at fortyfour.privacy@hiddenlink.com.au if you suspect unauthorized access.
By registering, you represent that you have authority to bind your club to these Terms.
FortyFour provides:
Member management and directory services
Event and team activity management
Team communications
Player availability tracking
Team selection tools
Notification services
FortyFour is currently offered free of charge during our introductory period.
We will transition to a monthly subscription model with the following tiers based on active club members:
Up to 100 members
101-200 members
201-500 members
501-1000 members
1000+ members
If your club exceeds your current tier's member limit, you will automatically be upgraded to the appropriate tier.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before implementing paid subscriptions or changing prices.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to FortyFour, including but not limited to:
Photos and images
Documents
Messages
Schedules and event information
By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
Is vulgar, obscene, or offensive
Contains threats or harassment
Includes inappropriate racial or religious commentary
Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Storage limits are based on your membership tier:
Up to 100 members: 5GB
101-200 members: 10GB
201-500 members: 20GB
501-1000 members: 40GB
1000+ members: 100GB
Individual file uploads are limited to 25MB per file.
You agree to use FortyFour only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate others or provide false information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use the Service for commercial purposes outside of club management
Your use of FortyFour is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://hiddenlink.com.au/our-work/fortyfour/privacy-policy
For members under 13, parental or guardian consent is required. Guardians have full rights to manage their child's information.
FortyFour, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Hiddenlink.com.au and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide about FortyFour become our property and may be used without compensation to you.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at fortyfour.privacy@hiddenlink.com.au
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will provide 30 days' notice except in cases of severe violations.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service. Material changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice.
If we discontinue FortyFour entirely, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and assist with data export where possible.
FortyFour is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiddenlink.com.au shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hiddenlink.com.au from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Please contact us at fortyfour.privacy@hiddenlink.com.au with any concerns. If we cannot resolve the matter informally, disputes will be resolved through the South Australian court system.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hiddenlink.com.au regarding FortyFour.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
